ModuleWorks component technology is provided as a set of 32 or 64 bit Windows DLL libraries with a C++ class API to enable integration with your application. All versions of the Microsoft C++ are currently supported.

This is a subset of the 5-Axis machining CAD/CAM component to provide high-performance 4-Axis machining. Applications include shaft type components for automotive camshaft and crankshaft machining, rotary dies and oilfield components.
The ModuleWorks 3-Axis machining CAD/CAM component provides a wide range of 3-Axis Machining toolpaths offering gouge free machining on triangle/mesh based models. Strategies include Roughing, Rest-Roughing and range of powerful finishing strategies. Used in conjunction with our 5-Axis machining technology, 3-Axis toolpaths can easily be converted to 5-Axis toolpaths for optimum efficiency and surface finish.
We provide a complete solution for toolpath Simulation with full machine tool movement and/or stock removal for Mills, Lathes and Mill/Turn machines. Simulation will help to identify problem areas such as potential collisions and allow correction prior to CNC Code generation.
