ModuleWorks, the leading provider of component software for 5-axis toolpath creation and Simulation, is pleased to announce the appointment of Dr David Plater as Technical Director. The appointment is a result of rapid expansion due to the success of the ModuleWorks 5-axis component software.<\/p>\n
David was previously Development Director for EdgeCAM (Pathtrace\/Planit) and over a 15-year career in the CAM software industry has also worked on market-leading software from MachineWorks (Lightworks) and PowerMill (Delcam).<\/p>\n
Commenting on the appointment, Yavuz Murtezaoglu, Managing Director at ModuleWorks commented, „We are delighted to welcome David to the ModuleWorks team. His knowledge and experience will be very important as ModuleWorks continues to expand.
