\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tDas Kompetenzzentrum Digitaler Zwilling wird von durch die Europ\u00e4ische Union und das Land Nordrhein-Westfalen im Rahmen des EFRE\/JTF-Programms NRW 2021-2027 unter der Projektnummer EFRE-20500043 gef\u00f6rdert.

Die Digitalisierung ist heute ein Haupttreiber f\u00fcr Innovationen in s\u00e4mtlichen Bereichen unserer Wirtschaft und Gesellschaft. In vielen Sektoren, insbesondere im produzierenden Gewerbe, aber auch im Bauwesen, der Medizintechnik und vielen anderen Bereichen, spielt hierbei der Begriff des Digitalen Zwillings (DZ) eine \u00fcbergeordnete Rolle. DZ sind exakte virtuelle Repliken realer Gegenst\u00e4nde, bspw. von Geb\u00e4uden, Fahrzeugen oder Werkst\u00fccken, oder auch von Personen. DZ bilden auf Basis von Echtzeit-Daten wichtige Charakteristika der jeweiligen Gegenst\u00e4nde zum interessierenden Zeitpunkt ab und erm\u00f6glichen so wertvolle Einblicke in deren Funktion und Zustand sowie die Umsetzung von Pr\u00e4ventions- und Optimierungsma\u00dfnahmen. Neben technischen Merkmalen k\u00f6nnen DZ insbesondere auch zur exakten Quantifizierung und Optimierung \u00f6kologischer Merkmale wie Rohstoffverbr\u00e4uchen oder CO2-Fu\u00dfabdr\u00fccken dienen.

Ziel des Projektes ist es, Unternehmen, Forschungs- und Bildungseinrichtungen einen einfachen und interaktiven Zugang zur Technologie des Digitalen Zwillings anzubieten. Erreicht wird dies durch neu gestaltete CAx-Arbeitspl\u00e4tze mit nahtloser Auftrags\u00fcbertragung an CNC-Maschinen, Trainingsanlagen mit echten CNC-Steuerungen, Datenerfassungstools und Cloudsystemen f\u00fcr Prozesssimulationen und -\u00fcberwachung.
