ModuleWorks, the leading supplier of CAD/CAM components for 3-5-Axis toolpath generation and simulation, has confirmed its partnership with Bosch Rexroth and will show real-time CNC simulation technology at EMO.

Rexroth IndraMotion MTX is the individually scalable CNC platform with integrated PLC for successful machining and metal-forming applications. Excellent performance data and comprehensive technology functions open new horizons for maximum productivity and flexibility. Whether you control a standard machine or a fully automated production system – IndraMotion MTX always ensures highly dynamic processing with minimized downtimes in your application.

ModuleWorks have been providing software components for simulation and verification to the CAD/CAM industry for almost a decade and provide this technology to many leading CAD/CAM vendors.

ModuleWorks and Bosch Rexroth will collaborate to integrate real-time simulation on the CNC. They will jointly demonstrate this simulation solution on both the Bosch Rexroth booth in Hall 25, Booth B32 and the ModuleWorks booth in Hall 25, Booth L12.

Mark Foti, Integration Manager for ModuleWorks comments, “We have been working hard on the technical challenges posed by CNC hardware and are delighted with the results.  The ModuleWorks simulation kernel is ideally suited to obtaining optimum performance across a range of hardware specifications.  It is great that everyone will be able to see the results of this at EMO.”
