ModuleWorks has appointed Gürsel Demircali as Chief Strategy and Transformation Officer. The newly created role is intended to strengthen the company’s global partner network and support its continued expansion in digital manufacturing.

In this position, Demircali will be responsible for advancing ModuleWorks’ global partner strategy, supporting expansion into new markets and aligning commercial execution with the company’s long-term strategic roadmap. He will work closely with the commercial and corporate development teams to further develop ModuleWorks’ position as a core technology provider in the digital manufacturing sector.

Gürsel Demircali brings more than two decades of experience across the manufacturing technology sector. He began as a CNC machinist, before moving into CAD/CAM software and digital manufacturing, where he went on to hold executive leadership roles. Over his career, he has built and scaled international commercial organisations and partner ecosystems across Europe, Asia, North America and Africa, leading multi-regional teams of more than 100 professionals and driving global market development.

Prior to joining ModuleWorks, he served as Chief Commercial Officer at Exentis Group AG, where he was responsible for the global commercial strategy. He previously held senior leadership roles at Desktop Metal and Markforged, focusing on regional and strategic business development.

Earlier in his career, he spent more than a decade at SolidCAM, a long-standing ModuleWorks partner, where he held senior regional leadership positions. His connection to ModuleWorks dates back to this period, where he worked with the company and its technology and gained first-hand insight into its role within the global CAD/CAM industry.

„We are delighted to welcome Gürsel to ModuleWorks,“ said Dr. Yavuz Murtezaoglu, Founder and Managing Director of ModuleWorks. „ModuleWorks has spent over two decades developing software technology that shapes modern manufacturing. This step will ensure we continue to evolve in line with the expectations of our partners and the markets we serve.“

„I have seen what ModuleWorks technology can do from the customer side,“ said Gürsel Demircali. “The quality is exceptional, and so is the opportunity. My focus will be on making sure our partners feel that more clearly in every interaction, and on building the structures that allow us to grow together sustainably.“
