Salary Range: €40,000 – €48,000 gross per year (depending on relevant experience and qualifications)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Payroll: Independently manage the monthly payroll process for our employees in Germany, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
- Employee Lifecycle: Support and manage all payroll-related processes throughout the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, contract changes, reporting, and certification requirements
- Advisory: Serve as a point of contact for employees, managers, and external stakeholders on payroll, tax, and social security matters.
- International Environment: Coordinate our international payroll processes and collaborate with external payroll providers and tax consultants.
- Data & Systems: Maintain employee master data and ensure high data quality across our HR and payroll systems.
- Continuous Improvement: Prepare reports and analyses while actively contributing to the enhancement of HR and payroll processes.
- Compliance: Monitor legislative changes and support their implementation in payroll-related processes.
- People Operations: Contribute to administrative HR topics and exciting People Operations projects.
YOUR PROFILE
- Professional Background: Completed commercial training, further qualification in payroll administration, or a degree in Human Resources, Tax, Finance, or a comparable field.
- Payroll Experience: Practical experience in payroll administration and the ability to manage the monthly payroll cycle independently.
- Expertise: Solid knowledge of payroll tax and social security regulations; knowledge of employment law is a plus.
- Systems: Experience working with payroll and HR software such as DATEV, Personio, or comparable systems.
- Working Style: Structured, detail-oriented, and reliable, with a high level of accuracy.
- Ownership: A strong sense of responsibility and a solution-oriented, service-minded approach.
- Continuous Improvement Mindset: Interested in challenging existing processes and driving improvements.
- Languages: Fluent German and good English communication skills, both written and spoken.
