The Position
- Provide 1st and 2nd level IT support to internal users via Microsoft Teams, Jira, Office, and other channels
- Monitor, document, and track support requests; escalate unresolved issues to the IT Office Manager or IT General Manager when needed
- Carry out hands-on tasks such as deploying, relocating, or disassembling workspaces
- Assist with server room maintenance, including rack organization and network patching
- Maintain and monitor IT infrastructure, including deploying and configuring hardware to support growth and ensure system reliability
- Gather feedback from employees, ensure the accuracy of your work, and report key findings and issues to the IT Support Specialist, IT General Manager, and Head of IT
Your Profile
- Basic to intermediate experience in IT support (1st or 2nd level)
- Completed education in an IT-related field (school or university); ideally with prior experience in IT companies or roles focused on IT operations
- Solid understanding of Windows systems, hardware setup, and network troubleshooting
- Familiar with IT service and ticketing tools such as Jira
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented with the ability to work independently while staying aligned with the team
