To strengthen our team in Aachen, we are looking for you to join as soon as possible – ideally for about 16 to 19 hours per week – as a Working Student (m/f/d).
The Role
As part of our sales team, you will work on innovative solutions in the field of Dental CAD/CAM Software. Your responsibilities include:
- Foundational knowledge of CAD/CAM and/or milling processes with CNC machines, and 3D-Printers
- Enthusiasm for exploring CAM Machining Templates and understanding Post-Processors
- Interest in learning about dental manufacturing techniques, including milling, grinding, and additive technologies
- Familiarity with dental CAD/CAM and aligner software (e.g. exocad, 3Shape, OnyxCeph, Maestro), or readiness to acquire this expertise
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Analytical thinking paired with a solution-oriented approach
- Good English and Korean communication skills
What You Bring
Responsibilities in the areas of customer support and quality assurance as well as cooperating on the development of products and features. In this portion you:
- Assist product managers and support the team with quality assurance, documentation, and product development
- Identify new feature requirements and support their implementation. Validate new developments and help to market them to customers
- Develop application scenarios for automated testing and carry out functional, and performance related testing
- Develop CAM Machining Template for milling dental parts automatically
